In all seriousness, I love the last paragraph. Its all about the power of positive thinking. Positive imagery can go a LONG way to a great performance.

I just love your race reports. You are just on FIRE this year. It’s so great to watch, especially since you are such a swell young man ;-)

I’m just like you on the swim. Taking it easy is faster and more efficient than me trying to sprint. It’s so weird!
